Living Aventuria – 1042 H1 – A Little Game of Imman
Praios 1042 – Imman is big in Havena. That is an understatement. Every summer as the Imman season picks up, the city gets anxious about its home team, the Havena Bulls, having a successful season. When things are bad people riot in dissatisfaction. When the Bulls do well, people riot out of drunken elation! The heroes are hired by a well-to-do Imman fan to investigate a report of cheating on the part of a visiting Thorwaler team. The investigation requires a delicate hand as levelling unfounded accusations could cause tensions between Albernia and Thorwal to rise.
This is part one of the introductory trio of scenarios for Living Aventuria, the new fan-run organized group for The Dark Eye. (Limited, Expires at end of 1042)
Living Aventuria – 1042 H2 – Not On My Daughter’s Birthday
Praios 1042 – Following the events in 1042 H1 – A Friendly Game of Imman, the heroes find themselves befriended by wealthy merchant Dyfan Cloyd. He’s worried someone is out for revenge and may take the celebration of his daughter Essylit’s 18th Tsa-Day as the perfect opportunity to humiliate Cloyd in his own house. What exactly is he hiding anyways? No one gets that wealthy that fast in Havena without making a lot of enemies. While Dyfan worries about his daughter’s safety as well as his own continued existence, Essylit has plans of her own. Heroes are asked to navigate a delicate social situation all while acting as erstwhile bodyguards for Dyfan and his daughter. Failure could mean not only their benefactor’s but their own deaths!
This is part two of the introductory trio of scenarios for Living Aventuria, the new fan-run organized group for The Dark Eye. (Limited, Expires at end of 1042)
Living Aventuria – 1042 H3 – By Efferd’s Beard
Praios 1042 – With the full scale of the cultists plans now revealed, the heroes race to the shipwreck of the Thorwaler dragon boat in hopes of recovering Dyfan Cloyd’s most precious possession. They’ll have to negotiate with the Merfolk around Havena’s waters to gain safe passage, ever aware that it seems as if they are walking into a carefully crafted trap.

Living Aventuria – 1042 H4 – The Ceoladir’s Ballad
Praios 1042 – Havena has banned almost all magic for some time, but there is increased pressure from the rest of Albernia as well as officials in Gareth for a relaxation of the ban. The heroes have used their contacts to secure employment as the eyes and ears, and muscle if necessary, for a visiting group of Guild Mages. The mages are aware of the delicate situation in the city but all of their plans for a gentle nudge towards allowing more magic may go awry as a mysterious bard arrives and sows dissent amongst the city’s youth.
The decisions heroes make in this scenario directly impact how Havena’s magic prohibition will play out in future scenarios. (Unique, Expires at end of 1042)
Living Aventuria – C1 – A Minor Case of Larceny
Havena has a rich variety of goods flowing in and out of the city. This necessitates an equally large amount of hard to trace coinage coursing through the city’s merchant houses. Parley your previous illegal activities into contract work for the city’s mysterious Thieve’s Guild and you may just find your self invited to join.
This scenario is repeatable for all heroes. Successfully completing C1 four times on the same character unlocks a unique scenario whereby your hero can petition to join the Thieve’s Guild.
This is a short (1 hour) scenario that is best suited to heroes who have no compunctions about stealing. Those who have a strong sense of law and justice should probably choose another one. (Common)
Living Aventuria – C2 – Even Guard’s Get the Blues
Havena occupies an important geographic and economic position for the Middenrealm. There are always those who seek to profit illegally or threaten the safety of Havena’s burghers. You’ve got some training with weapons and you want to do your part. The monetary rewards probably won’t be that great but you’ll earn the respect of the City Guard.
This scenario is repeatable for all heroes. Successfully completing C2 four times on the same character unlocks a unique scenario whereby your hero can petition to join the City Guard.
This is a short (1 hour) scenario that is best suited to heroes who have a strong sense of law and justice. (Common)
